So, I’m putting together a list of genuinely free resources for anyone who wants to grow without the commercial fluff. I’m talking about open-access meditation guides, free Tarot reading tutorials, and community forums where people actually help each other. I’m also exploring practices that dig deeper than asana—things like energy mapping, intuitive journaling, and somatic awareness. These don’t require a masterclass.

From a psychological lens, this aligns with Jung’s concept of active imagination. Spiritual growth isn’t something you buy; it’s something you practice by turning inward. Tarot, for instance, isn’t a magic crystal ball. It’s a projection screen for your own psyche. When you pull cards, you’re really just having a structured conversation with your subconscious. That’s free. It doesn’t require a $99 masterclass.
