I’m a 26yo construction worker who lives off-grid and fights for social justice. When I see new parents drowning in isolation, I know spirituality shouldn’t just be about self-care bubbles. It has to be about building actual community networks that sustain everyone.

Attachment theory shows how secure bonds form through consistent, responsive care. The Two of Cups captures that mutual exchange perfectly. But when we treat spirituality as individual escapism, we miss the real relational work.

Spiritual bypassing happens when we use mantras to avoid the hard labor of raising kids. Real growth comes from facing the daily mess without running. That’s where community support actually matters. We can’t meditate away structural neglect.

I travel light and build structures that last through storms. DreamSanctum teaches that shared rituals ground us in the present. New parents need that same steady foundation. Collective care beats isolated enlightenment.

Let’s stop pretending that spiritual practice is a solo journey. We need each other to build something that actually holds. Who else is ready to put down the tools and show up?
