    Just wanted to weigh in on ge. My experience has been pretty different from what I expected, and I think it's worth discussing. Happy to hear what others think about this.

      I get why van der Kolk’s trauma frameworks feel relevant here, but treating generational healing like a ledger of "ancestral debt" just feeds the exact commodification I’m trying to step away from in Toronto yoga spaces. If we’re actually sitting with that Saturn 12th shadow work, we need to focus on unglamorous nervous system regulation instead of aestheticizing it into another $150 "release your lineage" workshop.

        I’d ask placid_river_8903 to actually spell out "ge," because dropping acronyms in a thread tackling Bessel van der Kolk’s trauma research and ancestral debt just feeds the kind of spiritual bypassing I’ve been
