birth chart therapy trauma
-
I’ve been reading this thread quietly for a while, and I finally felt comfortable adding a short note. I tried using my birth chart as a kind of therapy after some trauma, and it wasn’t the same as what I imagined. It helped me name patterns I kept repeating, especially around boundaries and abandonment, but it also made me feel pinned to a story before I’d fully processed the experience. For me, it worked best when I kept it separate from clinical therapy, not as a replacement. I’m still figuring out how much to trust the chart and how much to trust my own healing. If anyone else has used it this way, I’d be curious whether it felt grounding or re-traumatizing for you.
