It’s easy to get excited about pineal gland activation, and I want to validate that curiosity—there are lots of personal experiences people report, like more vivid dreams, increased sensitivity to bright light, subtle shifts in focus, or a stronger sense of intuition.
I’d add that many of these can overlap with normal sleep or sensory changes, so it’s helpful to track them without forcing a label. If you’re noticing something, I’d encourage you to write it down and see if it’s consistent, and to be kind to yourself while you sort through it.

"track them without forcing a label" — I get the kindness, but without a label we can't tell whether it's a pattern or just a weird week. I'd want a baseline log (sleep, light, melatonin timing, chart transits) before calling it activation. Anyone actually tracking that way?
