I’ve spent months lurking in these threads, quietly absorbing the community’s wisdom. As a 31-year-old writer from Austin, I’m currently in a deep deconstruction phase—peeling away the layers of my evangelical upbringing. Lately, I’ve been experimenting with AI-generated sacred music, and I felt it was time to finally share what I’ve discovered.

Using AI to create chants, drones, and hymns has been a fascinating psychological exercise. Jung described the collective unconscious as a reservoir of shared human experience. When the algorithm generates a resonant, otherworldly chant, it feels like it’s tapping directly into that reservoir. It’s not human, but it evokes the archetypal Shadow—the hidden, often uncomfortable spiritual undercurrents we usually suppress.

I use these AI tracks during meditation. The experience constantly mirrors The Moon tarot card: intuition, illusion, and the subconscious. The music is beautiful but carries an uncanny quality, much like the card’s warning about trusting your inner vision while navigating uncertainty. It’s also reminiscent of The Hierophant, traditionally the bridge between the divine and the earthly. The AI isn’t a priest, but it’s functioning as a modern conduit for sacred resonance.

I’m genuinely curious how this community experiences AI sacred music. Does it feel like a legitimate tool for spiritual exploration, or does it ring hollow? I’d love to hear your perspectives. Are you incorporating AI-generated chants into your meditation, or do you find the artificiality breaks the spell? Let’s unpack this together.
