I’ve been staring at whiteboards and tarot spreads, trying to reconcile quantum mechanics with how we actually perceive the world. The many-worlds interpretation suggests that every possible outcome exists in parallel branches. But why do we experience just one? I think consciousness acts as the "collapser" — not through mystical energy, but through attention and expectation.

In psychology, this mirrors the self-fulfilling prophecy and confirmation bias. What you focus on becomes your reality. Jung called it synchronicity: meaningful coincidences that align inner states with outer events. When I work with The Magician card, it’s literally about channeling potential into manifestation. The High Priestess represents the subconscious filtering system — what we don’t see shapes what we do see.

I don’t believe in "magic" in the fantasy sense. I believe in mechanics. Your nervous system is constantly sampling data, and your expectations act as a lens. When I draw The Hermit, it’s a reminder that reality is constructed through introspection and deliberate focus. The Wheel of Fortune isn’t about fate; it’s about the cycles of perception shifting based on where you direct your attention.

So when people say "consciousness creates reality," they’re not spouting new-age fluff. They’re describing an observable feedback loop between mind and world. I’m still mapping this out, but the overlap between quantum branching, cognitive psychology, and tarot symbolism is too clean to ignore. What’s your take? Do you see reality as a selection process, or do you think there’s something else at play?
