honestly, my evenings blend into one long scroll of netflix, tiktok, and way too much iced coffee. stumbled onto this whole holographic universe theory thing after a joe rogan clip somehow led me straight into alan watts lectures. weird, right? the idea that reality is just a projected image, like a cosmic screensaver... it actually makes sense when you think about how our brains work.

psychology calls it perceptual constructivism—our minds don't just receive data, they build the world from scratch based on expectations and past experiences. it's why i keep trying to journal (tried three times, abandoned all three) but my brain just refuses to render the pages. instead, i stare at the blank notebook and wonder if i'm just a projection of my own habits.

tarot's got a neat parallel here. the magician card shows all four elements on the table, but the figure is actually channeling the energy. in the holographic model, every part contains the whole. it's like the star card—pouring two jugs of water, one toward the earth, one into the sky. are we just reflecting a larger pattern? or is the pattern reflecting us?

i keep asking myself: if reality is holographic, why does my morning routine feel so solid? maybe it's just cognitive dissonance. my brain wants predictability, but the theory says nothing is fixed. it's all interference patterns.

does anyone else feel like their daily grind is just a low-res render of something bigger? or am i the only one drinking iced coffee at 11pm in a pet-free fresno apartment, trying to map out the universe on a blank page? drop your thoughts. i'm curious if this hits home for anyone else.
