I’ve been lurking on InnerAlchemy for years, mostly dipping into DreamSanctum and CrystalEnergy threads, but something happened last Tuesday that finally pushed me to type. I was sitting in my usual spot—knees aching from years of hiking the trails, damp Manchester rain tapping the glass—when the meditation just dropped into that heavy, hollow silence. Then the walls dissolved. Not metaphorically. Breathing fractals, impossible colour gradients, that exact DMT flavour of visual noise. Zero substances. Just stillness.
I’ve followed Rick Strassman’s research on endogenous tryptamines, but actually sitting in that current is different. It makes me question how much we’ve been sold on external catalysts. Alan Watts always hammered
