I’ve been teaching yoga for eight years, mostly vinyasa and breathwork, but since my sister passed last winter, the whole “alignment” thing feels like a hollow joke. I used to swear by cosmic timing. Anyway, this Mercury retrograde in Leo is… intense. I know, I know, everyone’s talking about it, but it’s hitting my creative work like a freight train.
