Thinking about how we treat Black Moon Lilith. Most charts I read treat her like a landmine. A place where relationships blow up. A demon to exorcise. But after years of shuffling between ashrams in India and silence in Tibetan monasteries, I've come to see her differently.

Lilith feels less like a curse and more like that overgrown garden behind the strictest monastery. The place where the nuns aren't supposed to go, but the roses grow fiercest. She's the apogee—the farthest point from the Moon. Black Moon Lilith isn't a physical body; it's a mathematical point of maximum distance. Astronomically, she's the point of greatest separation from the lunar norm. Symbolically? That's the part of us that refuses to reflect the ego's light. As a librarian, I spend my days cataloging order, but Lilith is the book that refuses to stay on the shelf. She falls out. She demands to be read, even if the text burns your fingers.

I spent years in therapy trying to "fix" my Lilith triggers. I thought feminism meant building a cage for her, a nice structured feminist cage. But therapy eventually showed me what Carl Jung talked about with the Shadow. You don't conquer the shadow; you invite it to dinner. My Lilith wasn't my trauma; she was my autonomy screaming to be heard. It took a retreat in the Himalayas, sitting with a silence so deep it felt like falling, to realize that the "dark feminine" isn't a pathology. It's the substrate of creation.

There's a moment in the Tarot, maybe the Tower or the raw energy of the Empress unbound, where structure collapses so life can flood in. Lilith is that collapse. She's the woman who walks away from the altar not out of spite, but because the altar was choking her.

In my experience, integrating Lilith isn't about becoming "healed" in the traditional sense. It's about becoming whole. It's realizing that the parts of you that feel "too much"—too angry, too sexual, too independent—are actually the parts that know how to navigate the wild.

How are you all working with your Lilith points? Do you see her as the wound, or the witch who holds the key to the gate?

I'd call her the pressure relief valve everyone tries to cap off with 'healing' trends, but yeah, you gotta let that pressure bleed or the whole system blows.

The grey light out there is doing something to the collective mood today, I think. I have to stop and acknowledge this line:

"My Lilith wasn't my trauma; she was my autonomy screaming to be heard."

That hits home for me, especially in how I approach the runestones
