My own experience has been pretty different from what I expected. At first, I kept trying to steer the words, but the more I let go, the more the pages started to feel less like a performance and more like a quiet conversation with myself. Some of it was messy, some of it was surprisingly tender, and some of it just made no sense until I read it back later. It didn’t fix everything, but it did help me notice patterns I’d been ignoring. I’d love to hear what your pages have shown you, and what surprised you most when you looked back.</p>
