Jung framed the archetype of the Warrior or Hero as the embodiment of conscious will. When I journal my dreams, I often see recurring symbols of crossing thresholds or standing firm against resistance. It mirrors solar plexus work: you’re not just “opening” a chakra, you’re integrating the shadow aspects of control and fear into a resilient ego. The goal isn’t dominance; it’s steady self-trust.

In the Tarot, The Sun card captures this perfectly. It’s not about blinding radiance alone; it’s about grounded vitality and the courage to shine without burning out. I’ve found that pairing solar plexus meditation with dream analysis helps track subtle shifts in self-trust. When the inner sun aligns, teaching feels less like draining and more like sharing.

Jung also noted that true personal power requires facing the “shadow” of control and insecurity. I’ve started tracking how my dreams change when I focus on Manipura. Has anyone else noticed their dream symbols shift when working with personal power? I’d love to compare notes.
