Carl Jung warned about the psychological 'complex' and the danger of bypassing the psyche. When raw spiritual energy hits without proper psychological grounding, it can easily fracture your sense of self. I learned the hard way that energy healing isn't just about moving power—it's about integrating it into your mental and emotional framework. You can't just 'vibe' your way through a kundalini surge; you need structure.

In tarot, The Tower represents sudden, disruptive revelation. My experience mirrored that card perfectly: a lightning strike to the subconscious, shaking the foundations of your routine. Meanwhile, The Chariot speaks to mastering opposing forces. I had to learn to steer that raw power instead of letting it run wild, using discipline and ritual as my reins.

I started experimenting with moon rituals to cool down the heat. Inner alchemy isn't about turning lead to gold; it's about refining the self through trial and error. The cooling properties of the lunar cycle helped me stabilize those erratic surges.
