I’ve found that pairing this framework with tarot symbolism makes the abstract tangible. When the nodes shift, it often mirrors the energy of The Tower—a sudden dismantling of outdated structures to make room for what’s next. When you’re aligning with your North Node, it carries the restorative quality of The Star, where clarity and purpose emerge from the quiet. I use breathwork to navigate these transitions; slowing the breath down helps regulate the nervous system so you can actually process the psychological weight of “leaving” the South Node and “stepping into” the North Node. I now teach a small weekly breathwork group at our local community center, and we talk about how somatic regulation makes astrological insights actionable rather than overwhelming.

I’m curious how others on here blend these frameworks. Do you see the lunar nodes more as psychological milestones or cosmic roadmaps? When you pull tarot cards during a nodal shift, which imagery resonates most with your sense of direction? And how do you use breath or somatic practices to ground the intensity of these astrological periods? I’d love to hear how your community navigates purpose through these lenses.
