We’re outsourcing our cognitive dissonance to servers we don’t understand, hoping the algorithm will magically resolve the tension instead of us having to sit with it. In tarot, this energy reads exactly like The Moon. It’s all fog, reflection, and the stuff we’re too scared to name. The card doesn’t warn you to run away from the water—it tells you the path is already there, you just need to stop projecting your fears onto the ripples.

I get it. Secrecy isn’t new. Historical esoteric groups guarded their methods for centuries, but they did it to preserve rigor, not to sell ad tech. And as someone who’s spent five years staring down the barrel of addiction, I know the difference between healthy mystery and dangerous opacity. When you’re in recovery, you learn pretty fast that “love and light” platitudes don’t sober you up. Radical honesty does. Same with these models. If we can’t peer under the hood, we’re just building a modern oracle that only speaks in corporate jargon and venture capital projections.
